Coaches of Pokémon GO, gathering! There’s a new Community Day to participate in. Today, March 13, the absolute protagonists will be Alola Sandshrew and Sandshrewlet’s discover together all the details of the new unmissable monthly event.
From 11 a.m. to 00 p.m. today March 17, Sandshrew, and Sandshrew of Alola will appear in the wild more frequently than usual, and the lucky ones among you may also encounter their respective color variations. Evolving Sandshrew during the scheduled times or within two hours of the event ending will earn you a Sandslash who knows the Night Slash charge attack. Instead, evolving Alolan Sandshrew during Community Day or up to two hours later will give you a Alolan Sandslash who knows the Shadow Claw fast attack.

Like any self-respecting community day, even today, March 13 offers a variety of bonuses. During your explorations, you can count on a hatching distance for Eggs in incubators reduced to 1/4 and a duration extended to three hours for Flavor and Bait Modules activated during the event. Also, by taking photos, you will receive a surprise. Thematic stickers instead, they will be given by spinning Pokéstops, opening Friendship Packs, or purchasing them from the in-game store.
